Content Team Lead (Scheme Traffic)

We are looking for a strong Content Team Lead to manage the team, control content quality, and scale processes in the scheme traffic vertical. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers
• Monitor KPI achievement and deadlines
• Develop and implement content strategies for scheme traffic
• Generate and test new content combinations
• Analyze creative performance and scale successful solutions
• Optimize workflows and train employees

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as Team Lead/Head of Content
• Understanding of scheme traffic specifics and principles of creating converting content
• Team management and process building skills
• Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and leadership qualities
