Head of Affiliate

International gaming project is looking for a strong Head of Affiliate who can scale traffic, develop the partner network, and build a growth strategy. Salary: $3000 - $4500.

What you'll do

• Development and implementation of affiliate strategy
• Scaling traffic and launching new GEOs
• Team management and KPIs
• Working with partners (webmasters, traffic arbitrage, influencers)
• Traffic analysis and antifraud

What we need

• Experience as Head of Affiliate in iGaming for at least 2 years
• Cases of scaling and entering new markets
• CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
• Strong negotiation skills and team management
