Head of SEO / SEO Partner

The employer is looking for a Head of SEO / SEO Partner with strong hands-on experience in highly competitive niches. The role involves shaping and executing SEO strategy, managing multiple teams and departments, scaling projects and launching new sites and business lines. iGaming experience and team management are mandatory.

What you'll do

• Shape and execute SEO strategy for highly competitive niches

• Own key metrics: traffic, rankings, revenue, ROI
• Build and establish processes
• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
• React quickly to search updates and traffic drops

What we need

• 5+ years in SEO, including 2+ years in a Head role
• Mandatory iGaming experience
• Experience managing teams or multiple SEO streams
• Track record of real growth (traffic / revenue)
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, link building, and site structure
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of how SEO impacts revenue, not just rankings
