Head of Affiliate

A mobile product company (dating, astrology) is looking for a strong Head of Affiliate to launch the affiliate channel from scratch. Currently all traffic comes from in-house media buying. Key tasks: strategy building, process setup, team hiring, launching affiliate program, developing partner network, analytics, KPIs, anti-fraud, P&L.

• Building affiliate strategy and processes
• Hiring and managing a team of affiliate managers
• Launching affiliate program from scratch
• Selecting platforms and tracking tools
• Developing partner network
• Analytics, KPIs, anti-fraud, P&L

What we need

• Strong leadership experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience building affiliate channel from scratch
• Mandatory experience with Tier-1 GEO

• Experience in mobile performance / app products
