Head of Affiliate

A mobile product company (dating, astrology) is looking for a Head of Affiliate to launch the affiliate channel from scratch. Tasks: strategy, processes, hiring, launching affiliate program, selecting platforms and tracking tools, developing partner network, analytics, KPIs, anti-fraud, P&L. Requires strong leadership experience in affiliate, experience building from scratch, mathe companytory experience with Tier-1 GEO. Mobile performance / app products are a plus.
