Head of Ad Infrastructure & Account Operations

An international group of companies is looking for a Head of Ad Infrastructure & Account Operations for a new project in Astana (resident of Astana Hub). We are building an AI platform for performance marketing in e-commerce. The role is to manage the pool of ad accounts, proxies, mobile numbers, and anti-detect stack to ensure uninterrupted media buying.

What you'll do

• Maintain proxy pool (mobile/residential): IP cleanliness and reputation, rotation, account-IP binding
• Maintain mobile number pool for registration/verification/2FA: sources, tracking, reuse
• Maintain a safety stock of 'green' accounts for each platform; prevent the pool from falling below the norm
• Respond promptly to warnings/bans according to SLA
• Perform account warming and proper isolation: reduce ban rate before bans occur
• Maintain anti-detect (Dolphin Anty / AdsPower-class) + proxies + at scale device farm / cloud phones as a regulated process
• Ensure compliance: checklist of platform policy adherence before launch
• Manage the economics of the direction: cost tracking (accounts, proxies, numbers, anti-detect, farm, tracker) and efficiency — cost per working account, infrastructure cost share in traffic, pool budgets

What we need

• Experience managing ad account pools / account-ops in performance or affiliate marketing (2+ years)
• Practical experience managing proxy pools and mobile numbers as inventory (IP cleanliness/reputation, rotation, number tracking)
• Ability to calculate and manage the economics of the direction (infrastructure costs vs traffic results), work with numbers and reporting
• Practical knowledge of moderation and policies of FB / Google / TikTok Ads, reasons for bans, appeal logic, and account warming
• Confident work with anti-detect browsers (Dolphin Anty / AdsPower / GoLogin) and proxies
• Adherence to processes and discipline: regulations, SLA
• Stress tolerance to incidents (bans are part of routine)

Nice to have

• Understanding of device farm / cloud phone structure and specifics (GeeLark / DICloak / Multilogin-class) for warming and managing pool at scale
• Proficiency with trackers (Keitaro / Binom) and end-to-end analytics
• Experience in media buying
• English for working with platform interfaces and policies, and for understanding English-speaking markets
