Senior Retention Manager (+CRM)

A stable iGaming project with over 2 years of history, operating in 8 LatAm markets, is looking for a Senior Retention Manager with a strong CRM focus and deep hands-on experience in manual setup of retention mechanics (segmentation, bonus chains, reactivation, VIP logic, and CRM communication within systems and related infrastructure).
What we need
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in operational retention + VIP segment in iGaming (LatAm)
- English B2
- Deep hands-on experience in manual setup of retention mechanics (segmentation, bonus chains, reactivation, VIP logic, CRM communication)
