Team Lead Design

The company is seeking a Team Lead Design for their arbitrage team. The specialist will manage designers, create creatives, and impact results through visual optimization and A/B testing.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of designers (training, task assignment, quality and deadline control)
• Develop and scale creatives for different traffic sources
• Analyze creative effectiveness together with buyers
• Generate hypotheses and improve visuals to increase conversion
• Build and optimize processes within the design department

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience managing a design team
• Experience working with multi-geo
• Understanding of invest traffic specifics
• Deep understanding of creative hypotheses and A/B testing
• Ability to work with AI generators
• Creative thinking and systematic approach
