L&D Manager (Instructional Design)

The company is looking for an L&D Manager to create training programs for managers in an iGaming company. The role involves analytics, course development, and launching in LMS. Remote work, payment in cryptocurrency.

What you'll do

• Analytics and data collection
• Development of courses, assignments, and learning paths
• Launching programs in LMS and their development

What we need

• At least 3 years of experience in L&D / Instructional Design
• Portfolio of developed courses
• Experience with LMS
• Strong skills in analysis and structuring information
• Willingness to work in a Russian-speaking team
• Willingness to be paid in cryptocurrency
