L&D Manager (Instructional Design)

We are looking for an L&D Manager in an iGaming company to create training programs for managers. Responsibilities: analytics and data collection, development of courses, assignments and learning paths, launching programs in LMS and their development.

What we need

• 3+ years in L&D / Instructional Design
• portfolio of courses
• experience with LMS
• strong skills in analysis and structuring information
• willingness to work in a Russian-speaking team and receive payment in cryptocurrency
