Operations Specialist (Fintech / Crypto)

An international company in payment solutions, international settlements and cryptocurrency operations is looking for a self-driven, proactive operations specialist. The role involves organizing deals from client request through payment, building cash-flow schemes and finding solutions in non-standard situations. Office-based work in Moscow City, full-time.

What you'll do

• Organize deals from client request through payment execution
• Build cash-flow schemes and select suitable counterparties
• Liaise with banks and resolve issues arising during payment processing
• Coordinate deal participants and control deadlines and fulfillment of agreements
• Independently find solutions in non-standard operational situations

What we need

• Experience in operations, entrepreneurship, fintech / crypto / payments or international settlements
• Experience independently managing deals and driving them to results
• Skills in interacting with counterparties and resolving issues
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity and high working speed
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, control details and take responsibility for results
