Finance Manager/Accountant

The company is looking for a Finance Manager/Accountant with experience in iGaming or FinTech/affiliate projects. The role includes payroll, reconciliations with providers and partners, accounting in 1C, and reporting automation. They offer fully remote work, flexible schedule, and benefits.

What you'll do

• Payroll calculation.
• Reconciliations with game providers, payment systems, partners/affiliates, and balances on accounts and wallets.
• Recording all transactions in 1C.
• Calculation and payment of salaries.
• Preparation of necessary reports for management.
• Maintaining financial records in an up-to-date and reliable state.
• Automation of reports and routine processes.
• Interaction with other departments.

What we need

• Experience as an accountant/financial specialist in iGaming or FinTech/affiliate projects — at least 2 years.
• Deep understanding of online business specifics: transactional nature, offshore, partner programs, multi-currency.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, VBA or AppScript as a plus), knowledge of 1C is desirable.
• Experience in automation of accounting and reporting.
• Attentiveness, systematic approach, readiness for manual checks and reconciliations.
• Responsibility and meeting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA or AppScript.
• Knowledge of 1C.
