CRM Manager

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager with 3+ years of experience in CRM/Email Marketing and strong Customer.io skills. Experience with bulk, triggered, and automated campaigns, segmentation, customer journeys, A/B testing, and analytics is important. Work remotely or in the office in Cyprus/Europe.

• Developing CRM scenarios and lifecycle communications
• Managing retention and reactivation campaigns
• Personalizing communications

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in CRM/Email Marketing
• Strong proficiency in Customer.io
• Experience with bulk, triggered, and automated campaigns
• Experience with segmentation and customer journeys
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics
• Independence and strong communication skills
