A product FinTech company is looking for an L2 Support Engineer to handle technical incidents. Tasks include monitoring transactions and KYC, analyzing logs and API errors, and coordinating between L1 support and development.
What we need
- Experience in technical support (FinTech/SaaS/IT) from 1 year
- Strong knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN) and understanding of API logic
- Attention to detail and willingness to work shifts (1 day on, 2 days off)
