Business Development Manager (iGaming / Performance Team)

Independent performance team with 5+ years of experience is looking for a BizDev to work with advertisers, buying, and product. Remote work, income up to 2000 USD fixed + % of profit.

What we need

• 1+ year experience in iGaming (priority: buying / traffic arbitrage teams)
• Experience with Facebook / Meta and In-App traffic sources
• Understanding of CPA/Spend models and key metrics (ROI, LTV, payout)
• Experience working with advertisers / affiliate programs
• Experience with trackers (Binom, Keitaro or similar)
• English at least B2
• Willingness to travel to conferences
