Business Development Manager (iGaming / Performance Team)
Employer Location —Comp up to 2000 USD fixed + percentage of profit
Independent performance team with over 5 years of history seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth. The role involves managing advertiser relationships, hunting new partners, coordinating between teams, and participating in strategy. Offers remote work, high autonomy, and performance-based income.
What you'll do
- Working with the current advertiser base: development, reactivation, scaling.
- Searching and attracting new partners (hunting).
- Conducting negotiations and regular calls with partners.
- Coordinating interaction between buying teams, product, and advertisers.
- Monitoring efficiency of bundles (ROI, payout, volumes).
- Working with trackers (Binom / Keitaro) and analyzing results.
- Participating in building strategy and processes for the bizdev direction.
- Representing the company at conferences.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming (priority: buying / arbitrage teams).
- Experience with Facebook/Meta and In-App sources.
- Understanding of CPA/spend models and key metrics (ROI, LTV, payout).
- Experience working with advertisers / partner programs.
- Experience with trackers (Binom, Keitaro or similar).
- English from B2 level.
- Willingness to travel to conferences.
