SMM Team Lead

We are looking for an SMM Team Lead / Senior SMM for a betting project. The role is suitable for an experienced team lead or senior specialist ready to manage the direction and influence brand development.

What you'll do

• Manage the SMM direction in B2C and B2B
• Develop content plan, Tone of Voice, and brand visual style
• Set tasks for the team: content, design, contractors
• Launch promo campaigns, competitions, tournaments, and special projects
• Analyze content performance and test new hypotheses
• Work closely with marketing, product, PR, and design
• Develop brand social media and increase audience engagement

What we need

• Experience in SMM/PR in iGaming or betting for at least 2 years
• Experience managing a team or contractors
• Understanding of B2C and B2B communications
• Proficient in Meta Ads / Ads Manager
• Skills in analytics, reporting, and content planning
• Understanding of SMM impact on GGR, deposits, and registrations
• Experience working with different GEOs and understanding audience specifics
• Strong copywriting, visual literacy, and analytical approach
