Support Manager

We are a young and fast-growing iGaming product. We are looking for a Support Manager to communicate with users, present the product, help resolve technical issues, and maintain reporting. Remote work, schedule 2/2 from 14:00 to 2:00 MSK.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as a support specialist in iGaming
- Experience in support for a B2C product
- Understanding of specifics and mentality of different GEOs
Nice to have
- Experience with Turkey
