Support Specialist | Trader Support

An international FinTech project is looking for a specialist to join the trader support team. Fully remote, salary $900, geo UA. Candidates must be located outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

What you'll do

• Support traders in their daily work
• Track their metrics, indicators, and results
• Monitor achievement of work targets
• Respond promptly to deviations and emerging issues
• Work with CRM, Google Sheets, and internal systems
• Interact with related teams

• Proficient communication
• Attention to numbers and details
• Responsibility and multitasking
• Confident Google Sheets / Excel
• Willingness to learn quickly

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ukrainian is a big plus
