Business Development Manager (Middle / Middle+)

A digital performance marketing media holding is looking for a Business Development Manager to build a partner ecosystem with advertisers in fintech. Fully remote work, impact on revenue, international conferences.

What we need

• English from B2 (spoken and written)
• Experience working for a direct advertiser (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of CPA models, traffic types and tools (Ahrefs and similar)
• Working with metrics: registrations, deposits, retention, LTV, ROI
• Experience in detecting and stopping fraudulent traffic, knowledge of anti-fraud systems
• Team management experience (understanding of department building logic)
• Communication skills — quickly find common ground, build trust, resolve conflicts
• Willingness to travel to conferences
