UA Manager | Meta

An international product company is looking for a Middle UA Manager to launch and scale advertising campaigns on Meta. The company develops its own ecosystem of apps in Mental Health, Self-development, and Lifestyle.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook Ads)
• Work with Web2Web and Web2App funnels
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and user scenarios
• Analyze campaign performance and improve key metrics (CPA, CPI, ROI, Retention)
• Work closely with product and creative teams

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as UA Manager / User Acquisition Manager
• Solid experience with Meta (Facebook Ads)
• Practical experience with Web2Web and Web2App funnels
• Experience managing advertising budgets of $200K+ per month

Nice to have

• Experience in Mental Health, Health & Fitness, Wellness, Lifestyle, or Microlearning
