Business Developer (High Risk Payments / PSP)

An international iGaming company is looking for a Business Developer to develop payment infrastructure, attract new partners, and scale the PSP and processing network. Expertise in high-risk payments, experience in iGaming, and understanding of the P2P processing market are required.

What we need

  • Experience in Business Development in High Risk Payments for at least 2 years
  • Mandatory experience in iGaming
  • Understanding of the Russian market and P2P processing specifics
  • Experience in attracting and onboarding gambling merchants
  • Experience in finding and onboarding PSPs, processing companies, and payment partners
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and successful deal closing
  • Experience in launching new GEOs
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Independence, responsibility, and result orientation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to find unconventional solutions
  • High decision-making speed and stress tolerance
