Business Developer (High Risk Payments / PSP)

An international iGaming company is looking for a Business Developer to develop payment infrastructure, attract new partners, and scale the PSP and processing network. Expertise in high-risk payments, experience in iGaming, and understanding of the P2P processing market are required.
What we need
- Experience in Business Development in High Risk Payments for at least 2 years
- Mandatory experience in iGaming
- Understanding of the Russian market and P2P processing specifics
- Experience in attracting and onboarding gambling merchants
- Experience in finding and onboarding PSPs, processing companies, and payment partners
- Experience in commercial negotiations and successful deal closing
- Experience in launching new GEOs
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
- Independence, responsibility, and result orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to find unconventional solutions
- High decision-making speed and stress tolerance
