Senior Sales Manager

The company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to close leads on FD/RD, manage a team of handlers, and write scripts. The target market is CIS, specifically Uzbekistan, in the investment/trading vertical. Fully remote with a 6/1 schedule.

What you'll do

• Close leads on FD (First Deposit) and RD (Repeat Deposit)
• Work with charisma, not just by script
• Handle objections
• Manage a team of handlers
• Write and update scripts

What we need

• Knowledge of the Uzbek language
• At least 1 year of experience in investment/trading in CIS, with mandatory experience in Uzbekistan
• Discipline, energy, responsibility, punctuality
• Be available throughout the workday
• Strong desire to earn high income
