CRM Manager

An international group of companies in Gambling and gaming technology is looking for a CRM Manager to develop omnichannel communications, bonus mechanics and CRM campaigns across international GEOs. The role involves launching campaigns via Email, SMS, Push and messengers, setting up trigger chains and working with bonus math. Remote format, salary from $3,000 net.

What you'll do

• Launch omnichannel campaigns via Email, SMS, Web/APK Push and messengers
• Set up trigger chains based on key player events
• Create content plans and adapt promo offers for different GEOs
• Develop bonus mechanics and calculate promo campaign math
• Control bonus costs, their margin and bonus activity
• Track key metrics and prepare regular reports on campaigns and promos
• Segment the audience and run A/B tests of texts, channels, send times and bonus amounts

What we need

• 2+ years of CRM Manager experience in iGaming
• Understanding of bonus policy, wagering calculation, GGR and ROI of promo campaigns
• Ability to conduct cohort analysis, A/B tests, set up holdout groups and attribution
• Experience working with the Argentina GEO as a CRM Manager
• Ability to set up trigger chains and mailings via Email, Push, SMS and messengers
• English at B1 or above
