Affiliate Manager (Argentina)

An iGaming employer is looking for an Affiliate Manager to work with the Argentine market and LATAM. The role covers sourcing and developing partners (webmasters, influencers/streamers, SEO), negotiating CPA/RevShare/Hybrid payout models, traffic quality control and metrics analytics.

What you'll do

• Source and develop partners: webmasters, influencers/streamers, SEO
• Conduct negotiations and agree on payout models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Control traffic quality, monitor fraud, work with AI tools
• Analyze metrics (FTD, NGR, ARPU, retention, CAC, LTV) and tracking
• Attend industry LATAM conferences

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate iGaming
• Experience working with Argentina and an existing AR base (50+ active partners)
• English level B1 or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with other Tier-2 LATAM countries
• Proven performance cases
