VIP Retention Manager

We are looking for a Retention Manager to work on retention, loyalty programs, and engagement mechanics.
What you'll do
- Launch retention campaigns, segmentation and A/B testing.
- Calculate promotion economics and activity effectiveness.
- Work with metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR.
What we need
- Experience in iGaming, working with gamification and promo systems.
- Understanding of motivational cycles and analytics (Tableau, Power BI).
