VIP Retention Manager

We are looking for a Retention Manager to work on retention, loyalty programs, and engagement mechanics in iGaming. Tasks include launching retention campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing, calculating promo economics, and analyzing metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR.

What we need

• Experience in iGaming, working with gamification and promo systems
• Understanding of motivational cycles and analytics (Tableau, Power BI)
