Domain Manager (Middle)

The company develops a network of SEO sites in iGaming and is looking for a proactive Domain Manager to manage the domain perimeter of the SEO direction. The role is operational and technical, at the intersection of SEO and development: a large domain portfolio, multiple registrars, DNS, Cloudflare, renewals, access, and domain-related incidents.

What you'll do

• Manage a large portfolio of domains and their lifecycle
• Purchase new domains and approved drop domains
• Work with multiple registrars: registrations, transfers, renewals, auto-renew, and domain statuses
• Configure DNS, nameservers, SSL, and Cloudflare
• Monitor renewals, payments, costs, and access
• Maintain a unified domain registry and change history
• Connect domains to Google Search Console, GA4, Yandex Webmaster, Bing Webmaster Tools, and other services
• Perform basic checks of drop domain history and status
• Diagnose domain-related incidents and interact with registrar/hosting support
• Work in conjunction with an SEO Specialist and Developer

What we need

• At least 1.5 years of practical experience working with domains
• Experience managing a large domain portfolio; 100+ domains is a big advantage
• Practical experience working with multiple registrars
• Solid understanding of DNS, NS, A, CNAME, TXT, MX, SSL
• Practical experience working with Cloudflare
• Systematic approach to renewals, billing, accounting, and access management
• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
• Understanding of aged / expired / drop domains
• English from B1 for working with support and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate, SEO networks, PBN / satellites, or crypto
• Experience managing 100+ domains simultaneously
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Wayback Machine, WHOIS / RDAP
• Experience working with multiple GEOs and registrar accounts
• Experience automating domain accounting and renewal control
• Desire to grow in domain management and master domain hunting together with the SEO team
