Team Lead of Sales
Employer —Location —Comp High percentage of profit after internship
Due to expansion, we are looking for a Team Lead who will create new projects, launch profitable directions, develop funnels, work with analytics, control traffic quality, train the team, and coordinate departments. Requires 1+ year experience as a Team Lead of a traffic processing department, experience in invest/credit (lead generation) verticals. Fully remote, schedule 6/1 from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3).
What we need
- 1+ year experience as Team Lead of a traffic processing department
- Mandatory experience in verticals: invest / credits (lead generation)
- Ability to independently build and scale sales funnels
- Ability to build and develop a team: from hiring and onboarding to training and quality control
- High degree of responsibility and punctuality
- Willingness to present results in numbers
