What we need
- Experience with TikTok Ads in the Gambling vertical for at least 6 months
- Experience working with large budgets
- Understanding of TikTok traffic specifics and scaling approaches
- Ability to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns
Nice to have
- Experience building a department from scratch
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing a team
