An international iGaming holding is looking for a recruiter to fill vacancies and partner with department heads. Requires 2+ years of experience in iGaming, closing C-Level and Head positions, proficiency in LinkedIn and non-standard sourcing channels.

What we need

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter/HR in iGaming
  • Proficiency in personal LinkedIn profile
  • Cases of closing C-Level, Head, or complex marketing positions
  • Understanding of product and external marketing metrics
  • Strong ability to assess soft and hard skills
  • Advanced LinkedIn and Google search skills
  • Experience sourcing candidates via Telegram, social media, and non-standard channels
  • Strong networking and conference attendance experience
  • High autonomy and time management skills
  • Result-oriented and highly motivated
