Recruiter (iGaming/C-level)

An international iGaming holding is looking for a recruiter. The role involves closing C-level and Head vacancies, partnering with department heads, and building long-term relationships with candidates. At least 2 years of experience in iGaming and strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Google, and non-standard channels are required.

What you'll do

• Active sourcing of candidates on job sites and various resources
• Conducting screenings and interviews with the hiring manager
• Managing communication with hiring managers
• Providing reporting
• Continuous search for new tools and channels for recruitment
• Creating candidate profiles
• Regular market research

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter/HR in iGaming
• Having an active LinkedIn profile
• Cases of closing C-Level, Head, or complex marketing positions
• Understanding of product and external marketing metrics
• Strong ability to assess soft and hard skills with justification
• Advanced search skills in LinkedIn and Google
• Experience sourcing candidates via Telegram, social networks, and non-standard channels
• Strong networking and experience attending conferences
• High autonomy in task execution and time management skills
• Results-oriented and highly motivated
