An international iGaming holding is looking for a recruiter to fill vacancies and partner with department heads. Requires 2+ years of experience in iGaming, closing C-Level and Head positions, proficiency in LinkedIn and non-standard sourcing channels.
What we need
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter/HR in iGaming
- Proficiency in personal LinkedIn profile
- Cases of closing C-Level, Head, or complex marketing positions
- Understanding of product and external marketing metrics
- Strong ability to assess soft and hard skills
- Advanced LinkedIn and Google search skills
- Experience sourcing candidates via Telegram, social media, and non-standard channels
- Strong networking and conference attendance experience
- High autonomy and time management skills
- Result-oriented and highly motivated
