E-learning Methodologist

The company is looking for an e-learning methodologist to design and assemble courses, administer LMS, and develop training programs. Fully remote, salary based on interview.

What you'll do

• Design and assemble courses, modules, tests, and practices in Rise, iSpring, Storyline
• Publish and configure materials in Moodle: conditions, learning paths, reporting, and analytics
• Develop onboarding, certification programs, and trainings
• Administer LMS: manage access, assignments, and requests
• Update knowledge base and learning materials

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in e-learning or corporate training, full-cycle development experience
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles: structure, scenarios, tasks, tests, and assessment
• Ability to work with text, visuals, audio, and video, basic visual design skills
• Ability to turn regulations, instructions, and scripts into learning content
• Interaction with subject matter experts
• Proficiency in Rise, iSpring, Storyline

Nice to have

• Experience with Moodle
