A fast-growing iGaming startup is looking for a Head of Support. The candidate will build support processes from scratch, combining support, sales, and retention, manage a team, and optimize chat funnels. Remote work, targeting the CIS market with plans to expand internationally.

What you'll do

• Build support processes from scratch (hybrid of support + sales + retention).
• Manage the team.

• Influence business metrics.
