Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook Ads)

The the company team is looking for a strong Team Lead to grow and manage its Media Buying department. The primary traffic source is Facebook Ads, working with influencer-scheme traffic in the Binary Options vertical. The candidate must combine strong buyer expertise with experience managing a team, hiring, and building processes within the department.

What you'll do

• Grow and manage the Media Buying department
• Launch and scale ad campaigns on Facebook Ads
• Test funnels, analyze results, and find new funnels
• Set tasks for the team and control KPIs
• Hire, onboard, and develop media buyers
• Build processes within the department, not just oversee day-to-day work
• Generate hypotheses and take ownership of the direction's results

What we need

• 2+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience at a strong buyer level: testing, analytics, scaling, finding new funnels
• 6–12+ months in a Team Lead position: team management experience, task setting, KPI control
• Mandatory experience with Binary Options
• Experience managing budgets of $50,000+ per month
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing media buyers
• Ability to build processes within the department, not just oversee current work
• Self-sufficiency, adequate communication, and proactivity

• Experience with Telegram Ads
