Performance Designer (Creative)

We are looking for a Performance Designer to create creatives for finance and gambling verticals on Google Demand Gen and Kayzen sources. The designer will create static and GIF banners, reskin for new markets, and adapt creatives for platform moderation. Strong Figma and Photoshop skills, understanding of composition, and a sense of the finance niche are required.

What you'll do

• Creating static and GIF creatives for Demand Gen and Kayzen: lifestyle, news-style, social proof, educational approach — with continuous testing and rotation
• Reskins for new markets: localization of language, currency, flags, and visual style
• Adapting creatives for platform moderation (Google Demand Gen / UAC / Unity / Mintegral) — knowing the boundaries and working within them

What we need

• Proficient in Figma and Photoshop: quick template assembly, proper layer management
• Ability to create GIF banners: glitters, button animation, visual accents
• Understanding banner composition: visual hierarchy, eye movement logic, and why one combination converts and another does not
• Sense of the finance niche: how to package luxury, win, trust, and urgency without getting banned
• Habit of independently monitoring spy services and catching trends before they appear in the brief
• Experience with AI tools: Midjourney, DALL·E, Photoshop AI, Flux, Ideogram, Nano Banana for generating and editing visuals; Kling, Runway for quick video production
