Game Mathematician (iGaming / slots)

Looking for a Game Mathematician to join an iGaming team. Hands-on role without people management: responsible for game math, primarily slots. Remote work, location outside Russia/Belarus/Ukraine.

What you'll do

• Develop and tune mathematical models for games.
• Balance RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, max win.
• Run simulations and build prototypes.
• Prepare math docs / PAR sheets / probability tables.
• Collaborate with dev and QA during implementation.

What we need

• Experience as a Game Mathematician in iGaming.
• Experience specifically with slots.
• Russian language required.
• English at least B1 (working level).
• Location outside Russia / Belarus / Ukraine.
