A team with over 3 years of experience in the Binary Options vertical on the international market is looking for a specialist to control the quality of lead processing. The role involves analyzing manager dialogues, monitoring compliance with standards, preparing reports, and providing feedback. Remote work, 6/1 schedule, and USDT payments are offered.

What you'll do

• Control the quality of processing incoming leads
• Analyze manager dialogues and identify errors
• Track department key metrics and find growth points
• Monitor compliance with internal standards and regulations
• Identify weaknesses in lead processing and help eliminate them
• Prepare analytics and regular reports for the Team Lead
• Provide constructive feedback based on audit results
• Participate in improving processes and increasing team efficiency

What we need

• Experience in a QC / Checker / Team Lead Assistant role for 6-12 months
• Ability to work with analytics and key metrics
• Attention to detail
• Ability to objectively evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to self-organize and take responsibility for results
• Experience in the Binary Options vertical
