Senior Affiliate Manager

The company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager with 3+ years of experience in iGaming on the advertiser side with own brands. The main focus is Tier-1 markets, development of partner network and long-term brand growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Build long-term relationships with traffic providers and develop a strong partner network
• Find and attract new partners through PPC, SEO, Facebook, ASO, UAC, In-app, SMS and E-mail
• Evaluate traffic efficiency and monitor KPI achievement
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns to grow ROI
• Review and analyze partner payouts
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to prevent fraud
• Place quality content in leading industry media

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming)
• Mandatory experience working on the advertiser side with own brands
• Deep understanding of CPA, Hybrid, RS, EPC and other models
• Knowledge of technical partner integration
• English at least B2
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and flexibility in approaches
• Willingness to attend industry conferences and hold a visa
