Team Lead Media Buying

A well-known the company with over 9 years of history is looking for a Team Lead Media Buying to form and lead a team of media buyers to generate profit by driving traffic to the company's products and entering new GEOs.

What you'll do

• Forming a team of media buyers for different directions and building processes within the team
• Hiring media buyers, managing the team, building analytics and reporting processes
• Scaling traffic when launching in new GEOs
• Organizing search, selection, A/B testing, optimization and scaling of bundles
• Independent launch of key campaigns
• Systematic work with moderation to improve performance

What we need

• Successful team management experience of 3+ years
• 5+ years of independent ad campaign management, understanding of ad auction mechanics
• Profitable cases no older than 3 months
• Experience with budgets of $5,000+ per day
• Experience with traffic sources: Facebook, Google Ads (Search, GDN, UAC), TikTok
• Ability to work with tracking systems (Keitaro, Binom, Zeustrack)
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
