Head of CRM & Retention (Crypto)
Employer Location —Schedule Remote, Cyprus calendar
A large crypto iGaming product with an international audience is looking for a Head of CRM & Retention. The role involves developing CRM and retention across the entire user lifecycle, managing and scaling a team, and influencing strategy with a large user base. Direct reporting to the CPO, remote work on the Cyprus calendar.
What you'll do
- Develop CRM & retention across the entire user lifecycle
- Improve retention, reactivation, VIP, and the promo calendar
- Manage and scale the team
- Analyze metrics and run A/B tests
What we need
- Mandatory experience with crypto iGaming products
- 3+ years in iGaming
- Strong analytics skills and understanding of the user lifecycle
- English B1/B2+
