Graphic / Motion Designer (IGaming)

An IGaming team is looking for a Graphic / Motion Designer who can create effective ad creatives that impact key metrics. Fully remote work, competitive salary, and profit-based bonuses.

What you'll do

• Create static ad creatives and independently generate new concepts.
• Work with AI tools and Photoshop.
• Participate in brainstorming, quickly refine creatives based on feedback.
• Test different approaches and scale successful ideas.
• Occasionally develop landing pages, PWAs, and simple motion creatives.

What we need

• Proficient in Photoshop.
• Practical experience with AI and prompting.
• Ability to independently propose ideas and quickly implement them.
• High speed of work, attention to detail, and readiness to work in a cycle of constant testing.
• Experience in IGaming / GameDev / CyberSport.
