TikTok Team Lead

Looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of TikTok media buyers. Need to build systematic profitable work, manage people, and scale results. Vertical: investments, GEO: Latam.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of TikTok media buyers (task setting, control, development)
• Build and optimize processes within the department
• Find and implement new approaches, combinations, and strategies
• Scale profitable directions
• Analyze team metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Work closely with the creative department and other teams
• Be responsible for achieving KPIs on traffic and profit

• Proven experience with TikTok Ads
• Experience managing a team
