TeamLead Media Buyer

We are looking for a TeamLead Media Buyer for gambling. Responsibilities include building and managing a team of media buyers, scaling funnels, controlling KPIs. Requires 2+ years of experience in gambling and with LATAM geo.

What you'll do

• Building and managing a team of media buyers
• Scaling funnels and finding new approaches
• Controlling KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes)
• Building purchasing and testing processes

What we need

• Experience managing a team of buyers for 2+ years (mandatory in Gambling)
• Proven experience working with LATAM geo
• Confident work with analytics and key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, CR)
• Understanding of funnels, offers, creatives, and hypothesis testing approaches
