We are looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of TikTok buyers. Vertical: investments, geo: Latam. Remote work, 6/1 schedule, compensation: fixed + team profit share.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of TikTok buyers (task setting, control, development)
- Build and optimize processes within the department
- Find and implement new approaches, combinations, and strategies
- Scale profitable directions
- Analyze team metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the creative department and other teams
- Be responsible for achieving traffic and profit KPIs
What we need
- Proven experience with TikTok Ads
- Experience managing a team
- Understanding of how to build a profitable funnel and scale
- Ability to take responsibility for the team's results
- Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
- Autonomy, initiative, and focus on growth
