Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager for an iGaming product. The role involves leading product and marketing projects, managing a team, planning budgets, analyzing metrics (retention, conversion, LTV), and preparing reports. 2+ years of experience in digital projects, preferably in igaming/betting/gambling. Remote or hybrid office in Cyprus.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience managing digital projects, preferably in igaming, betting, gambling or related high-load products
• Experience launching new directions / product features / marketing campaigns from scratch
• Experience managing a team of 5-10 people or coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly negotiate in changing conditions
• Ability to set priorities, work with backlog, and not drown in task trackers
• Strong sense of responsibility, business mindset, and focus on metrics
