Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager for an iGaming product to lead product and marketing projects through all stages. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and analyze launch results. We offer flexible work arrangements, international projects, and growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Lead product and marketing projects in iGaming from launch to result.
• Establish communication within the team (marketing, product, tech, design) and with stakeholders.
• Plan and control budgets for campaigns and product tasks.
• Monitor deadlines and quality of task execution.
• Forecast risks (regulatory, technical, marketing) and solve non-standard cases.
• Analyze launch results: retention, conversion, LTV, traffic efficiency, and prepare clear reports.
• Maintain an atmosphere of engagement and high motivation in the team.

What we need

• Experience managing digital projects for at least 2 years, preferably in iGaming, betting, gambling, or related high-load products.
• Experience launching new directions, product features, or marketing campaigns from scratch.
• Experience managing a team of 5–10 people or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly negotiate in changing conditions.
• Ability to set priorities, work with a backlog, and stay organized in a task tracker.
• Strong sense of responsibility, business mindset, and focus on metrics.
