Technical Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Specialist to work with APIs and internal systems, test new functionality, and support the stable operation of technical processes. Office work in Moscow, salary from 90,000 RUB.

What you'll do

• Work with the company's APIs and internal systems
• Test new functionality and verify its correctness
• Monitor system performance and find causes of errors
• Work with partner admin panels
• Communicate with partners in work chats
• Configure rules and parameters in the internal admin panel
• Analyze data and partner performance
• Log bugs and track them until fully resolved

• Interest in the technical field and desire to grow in it
• Fast learning ability and ability to understand new tasks
• Ability to analyze information and find root causes of problems
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Good communication with partners and internal teams
• Willingness to work from the office

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs
• Familiarity with bug trackers
• Experience with admin panels
