PSP Manager

An international FinTech company is looking for a PSP Manager to work with payment infrastructure in the RU and India markets. The role includes connecting new payment gateways, negotiating with banks and PSPs, and optimizing processes. Fully remote format, salary $2,000-$3,000 + KPI.

What you'll do

• Connect new payment gateways and providers
• Conduct negotiations and sign contracts with banks and PSPs
• Optimize payment processes and identify growth areas
• Work with internal teams on integrations
• Build long-term partnerships with key players
• Meet KPIs and influence results

What we need

• 2+ years of experience working with PSPs / banks / payment providers
• Understanding of the payment infrastructure market
• Having real contacts and connections in the industry
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• Independence and proactivity
