Affiliate Manager / Business Development Manager (CPA)

An international CPA network in the financial vertical is looking for a Junior/Middle specialist at the intersection of Affiliate and Business Development. Main tasks are to find advertisers and webmasters, launch cooperation and develop existing partners. Work is fully remote, schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 GMT+7.

What you'll do

• Find and onboard advertisers and webmasters.
• Conduct negotiations and develop relationships with partners.
• Collect offer terms: GEO, rates, KPIs, caps and restrictions.
• Match offers to traffic sources and volumes.
• Support partners from first contact to launch.
• Monitor traffic volume and quality, gather feedback.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations, invoices and payout statuses.
• Record agreements and tasks in Bitrix24.

What we need

• Experience in affiliate marketing, business development, digital, B2B sales or partnership development.
• Understanding of the CPA model and key metrics: CR, EPC, CPA/CPL, ROI, approval rate.
• Ability to find contacts via LinkedIn, Telegram and other channels.
• Negotiation skills and proper business correspondence.
• Attention to numbers, deadlines and agreements.

Nice to have

• English or Spanish language.
• Experience with Affise and Bitrix24.
