They are looking for Google media buyers with proven profit of $30k+/month, team leads with buyer-management experience, and ready-made teams. What you'll do

• Launch the Google Ads Crypto division from scratch to first results
• Run traffic profitably on a consistent basis
• Build processes within the division without waiting for direction from others
• For team leads — manage a team of buyers and own its numbers
• Scale the team by bringing in the needed people and departments

What we need

• Proven experience running profitable traffic (not learning from scratch)
• Google media buyers with stable profit of $30k+/month, not one-off
• For team leads — experience managing buyers and clear team numbers
• Ability to build processes independently
• Willingness to start from scratch and be a pioneer

Nice to have

• Ready-made teams able to join as a whole
• Existing verticals and geos you already work with
• Verified profit for the last 2–3 months (screenshots / stats)
