CRM Retention Team Lead (LATAM)

A LATAM iGaming project is looking for a CRM Retention Team Lead to develop the retention direction and grow player LTV. The role includes managing CRM strategy, optimizing communication chains, and launching campaigns. Remote work, full-time.

What you'll do

• Managing CRM strategy and developing the team
• Optimizing chains (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp) and working with segments
• Launching welcome/loyalty/reactivation campaigns, growing LTV, ARPPU, NGR, redeposit
• Analytics, A/B tests and hypotheses

What we need

• Hands-on leader with 2+ years of experience in CRM Retention
• Understanding of metrics, segmentation and bonus mechanics
• Management experience

Nice to have

• LATAM and Spanish language — a plus
