Head of Affiliate

We are looking for a Head of Affiliate to develop and scale the affiliate direction. Verticals: finance and casino, GEO: CIS. Fully remote, weekly payouts.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale the affiliate direction
• Manage a team of Affiliate Managers
• Attract and develop key partners
• Negotiate rates, terms and volumes
• Analyze results and look for new growth points

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
• Good understanding of iGaming / gambling
• Ability to find strong partners and build long-term relationships with them
• Experience managing a team or willingness to develop it
• Ability to see growth points and bring ideas to results
