Team Lead Retention

A growing iGaming product with its own affiliate network is looking for a Team Lead Retention to manage a retention team of up to 5 people. The role owns email/push communications, segmentation, reactivation and loyalty mechanics, as well as cohort, LTV, ARPPU and GGR/NGR analytics. Remote work with a focus on LATAM / Tier-3 markets.

What you'll do

• Manage the retention team (up to 5 people)
• Launch and develop email/push communications
• Audience segmentation and player reactivation
• Design and implement loyalty mechanics
• Cohort, LTV, ARPPU, GGR/NGR analytics
• Calculate bonus cost and payback
• Write tasks for the development team

What we need

• 2+ years of leadership experience in Retention / CRM (iGaming)
• Experience working with LATAM / Tier-3
• English B2+
