Lead Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a strong Affiliate Lead with experience in the CIS region (UZ, RU, KG, TJ, AZ) who can not only work independently with top partners but also build an effective affiliate team, manage its performance, and scale the direction according to key metrics.

What we need

• At least 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming
• At least 1 year in a lead/senior role with team management
• Practical experience with CIS is mandatory
• Deep understanding of traffic sources and partner landscape in the CIS market
• Experience with Facebook, Telegram, Telemetrio, X, WhatsApp
• Proficient in Slack, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM and tracker systems
• Proven track record of meeting affiliate KPIs and scaling partner portfolio
• Ability to analyze traffic quality, identify fraud patterns, and ensure partner compliance
• Strong negotiation skills at the level of top-tier partners and exclusive deals
• Team management experience: setting KPIs, performance reviews, motivation, hiring
• Strong analytical approach and data-driven decision-making
• English — B2
• Russian — fluent
