Lead Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a strong Affiliate Lead with experience in the CIS region to manage a team and scale the affiliate direction. The role involves leading a team, personally handling top-tier partners, developing strategy, and controlling KPIs. Requires 3+ years in iGaming and at least 1 year in a lead or senior role.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Affiliate Managers for the CIS market
• Set individual and team KPIs: number of onboarded partners, FTD, deposit volume
• Monitor goal achievement, analyze results, and improve team efficiency
• Develop and implement a strategy for attracting and scaling affiliate partners, including expansion into new sub-regions
• Personally manage key and top-tier partners, participate in negotiations for strategically important deals
• Structure and negotiate deals using RS / Fix / CPA / Hybrid models, securing favorable terms across the portfolio
• Monitor traffic quality across the team's portfolio, detect fraud, and escalate risks
• Collaborate with content, design, and localization teams on promo materials and creatives
• Hire, onboard, and develop Affiliate Managers, establish a systematic onboarding process
• Manage the Local Managers pipeline: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and integration into workflows
• Prepare regular reports for the Head of Affiliates: team results, partner pipeline, market insights, risks
• Analyze the market, competitors, and new traffic sources for the CIS geo

What we need

• 3+ years experience as Affiliate Manager in iGaming
• At least 1 year in a lead/senior role with team management
• Must have practical experience working with CIS
• Deep understanding of traffic sources and partner landscape in the CIS market
• Experience with Facebook, Telegram, Telemetrio, X, WhatsApp
• Proficiency in Slack, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM and tracker systems
• Proven track record of achieving affiliate KPIs and scaling partner portfolio
• Ability to analyze traffic quality, identify fraud patterns, and monitor partner compliance
• Strong negotiation skills for top-tier partners and exclusive deals
• Team management experience: setting KPIs, performance reviews, motivation, hiring
• Strong analytical approach and data-driven decision-making ability
• English — B2
• Russian — fluent
