PSP Manager in iGaming / High-Risk

The employer is looking for a Payments / PSP Manager with high-risk and iGaming experience to manage payment infrastructure. Key objectives are to increase approval rate, build stable cascades and reduce processing cost. Key GEOs: Uzbekistan; other CIS countries are a plus.

What you'll do

• Source new PSPs and negotiate commissions, limits and SLAs
• Set up and optimize smart routing and payment cascades
• Manage e-com, P2P, SBP, Uzcard/Humo and alternative payment methods
• Monitor failures, stuck transactions and provider issues
• Analyze decline reasons, fraud and chargebacks
• Write technical specifications and support integrations of new gateways together with the dev team

What we need

• 2+ years of experience as a PSP / Payments Manager in iGaming, Betting or High-Risk
• Deep understanding of payment specifics of Uzbekistan and Russia
• Hands-on experience with cascades, P2P traffic, e-com and crypto gateways
• Ability to analyze Approval Rate, Decline codes and processing cost and to influence the metrics
• Strong negotiation skills with providers
